10 Keyboard Shortcuts for Mac OS X

Mac OS X have their share of keyboard shortcuts. Most shortcuts will be familiar to you if you are coming from a Windows background.

Here are the list of keyboard shortcuts. Again, you may print the table for your quick reference.

Command key icon(Command) + C Copy selected text or item
Command key icon(Command) + V Paste text or item
Command key icon(Command) + X Cut
Command key icon(Command) + A Select All
Command key icon(Command) + Z Undo
Shift + Command key icon(Command) + Z Redo
Command key icon(Command) + DELETE Delete item
Command key icon(Command) + tab switch through open applications
Command key icon(Command) + Q Quit front most open application
fn + delete Forward Delete
option + Command key icon(Command) + Eject Put computer to sleep
